We understand that your hair is important to you so when you want a change or to discuss the condition of your hair and how these can be improved we will listen and provide you with honest, specialist information that will create the best condition possible for your hair as well as the aftercare knowledge you will require to maintain or continue its improvement.
There is a small charge for the consultation, this will however be taken from the total of any services purchased at the salon. Please contact us for more information.
Zcue's stylists are categorised according to their level of seniority. This is achieved via regular training and testing and is reflected in our pricing structure.

HELP US TO HELP YOU
To ensure the smooth running of your visit to Zcue, please consider the following when booking your appointment: 20 minutes should be allocated for Flat Twists, Ringlets, Straw Sets, Twists, Gel Styles, Ponytails and 'Up Dos'. These take much longer and are priced differently so please inform the receptionist that you would need Extra Styling time when booking your appointment.
