Women of Strength Spring Ball Zcue is supporting The Women of Strength Spring Ball in support of Breast Cancer on 26^th March 2011 at Aston Villa Banqueting Suite, organised by CR Events & Entertainment.

Hairdressing brings me in to contact with many clients touched by Breast cancer.  Macmillan provides advice and support to these sufferers who desperately need the support to help them through this terrible illness.

Women of Strength, is so named for I have seen many clients display strength and courage to battle this illness.  Zcue provides a discrete service for people with hair loss who has taken “This Journey” and witnessed the confidence it restores to my customers.  

My client Claudiette said “you cannot imagine how you feel once you lose your hair; it feels as if it’s the last straw amongst all that you are going through.  Due to Zcue I was able to look again at myself in the mirror and actually like what I see.   No medicine, or tablet, could restore what is lost from the time of diagnosis to the road of recovery.   I was able to look in the mirror and find me again.  I thought I was lost forever.   Only a visit to the hairdressers could do that.  The phrase your hair is your beauty still stands”
